Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
Birthday parties run for 2 hours, a combination of on court activities and use of indoor facilities provided during this time.
A minimum payment of the equivalent of 10 children ($250) is required for all birthday parties.
Payment is required up front as a deposit before the birthday booking to secure spot. Deposit of $250 is required. On the day final payment can be made dependent on numbers.
In wet weather indoor facilities can still be used for games and celebrations at the same cost or you can decide to reschedule. You will need to speak with coach during the day to discuss your wet weather options.
24 + hours notice must be given for a full refund if you need to cancel your birthday party.
